Go to the eatery, or whatever it is called. and register as many soldier as you can. (Note:I am not sure exactly when this starts to work..but if you do this it will). Go downstairs and put 3 of them into your party, go sell their equipment, then go let them out of the party and get 3 more soldiers, repeat as needed, then you should have the spells. I am not sure if this effects later gameplay.. like when you are supposed to gain those spells. Me
